Top Real Estate and Asset Management Specialist Jon Lloyd Joins McCarthy Denning as Partner

Next generation city law firm McCarthy Denning is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Lloyd as a Partner to its Real Estate team. Jon has over 35 years of experience and joins from Gowling WLG, where he served as a senior partner in the Real Estate team. This appointment comes after the news that Tina Williams, founder and former partner of Fox Williams has also joined the Corporate Group at McCarthy Denning.

Jon is ranked as a leading real estate lawyer by both Chambers UK and The Legal 500 UK. He specialises in acquisitions, development and disposal of mixed-use and retail real estate assets such as retail focussed projects and entertainment venues. He is also an expert in financing, asset management and creating holding vehicles for real estate investments. His clients include family trusts, start-up developers, large property companies and institutional investors.
