On Friday December 2nd 2022 there was a security incident at our email provider, Rackspace. To preserve our own security, our email severs were switched to security mode (essentially isolated) ensuring data integrity. We are assured no data has been accessed unlawfully or is otherwise at risk. We switched to our back up provision over the weekend and are currently working as normally as possible. You may have received an email bounce back if you tried to contact us by email on Friday or over the weekend. If this was the case, please resend the email or contact your intended recipient by telephone. Our backup system does not fully integrate with our document management system so there will be some delay in sending out certain documents although we are doing all we can to minimise delays.
