McCarthy Denning advises on placing for newly-listed InnovaDerma PLC
Having advised InnovaDerma PLC (LSE: IDP) on its admission to the Official List and on the publication of a supplementary prospectus, the firm was delighted to help the company complete a placing of shares with new institutional shareholders at 70p. Between the announcement of the placing and completion the company’s share price reached £1.35, almost double the placing price.
