Eero Rautalahti appointed to Board of Directors of FIT Biotech
An Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of FIT Biotech has appointed Eero Rautalahti, a Partner of McCarthy Denning, a non-executive member of the Board of Directors.
Eero has practiced law in London since 1995. He has advised on numerous IPOs (initial public offerings) on several different markets, including primary listings abroad and early-stage IPOs.
