McCarthy Denning is pleased to have helped fast-growing InnovaDerma PLC to join the Official List
The firm is pleased to have advised InnovaDerma PLC (LSE: IDP) on its admission to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
InnovaDerma specialises in the research, manufacture and marketing of clinically proven products in hair loss, anti-ageing and beauty sectors. InnovaDerma has presence in the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, South Africa, Hong Kong and South Korea and its leading products are Skinny Tan, a natural tanning product, and Leimo, a hair replacement kit.
The McCarthy Denning team was led by Richard Beresford and Pamela Henry. The firm was one of the first to promote the use of standard listings as a fast and cost-effective listing route and the InnovaDerma admission is the 4th that the firm has advised on in the past 18 months.
