Petra Hofer is registered with the Bolzano Bar Association and in the register of lawyers at the Supreme Court of Cassation.
Prior to joining McCarthy Denning, as an Italian Avvocato, Petra founded a law firm in Bolzano in 2004, having worked for several years at an international law firm in Milan. Petra likes to spend her time professionally between Italy and the UK.
Petra has been operating in Bolzano for around twenty years and largely focuses the following practice areas: civil, private client, commercial and corporate law. Petra also deals with complex matters such as medical liability, companies in crisis and insolvency law. She can also assist her clients in Italian litigation. Petra has collaborated with law firms in Switzerland, Austria and Germany and she is fluent Italian, English, German and French.
